Book a CSCS Card by filling up the CSCS Card Application. You must have completed the CITB Test to apply for a CSCS Card. You can apply for a new CSCS Card, renew a CSCS or request a replacement for lost cscs card.

The fee for the CSCS card is £36, and there is an additional non-refundable administrative fee of £39, making the total non-refundable fees £75.

The correct details of the applicant's account, including the accurate qualification/course information and the appropriate CITB Health and Safety Environment Test (CITB testing ID), must be provided to Learning Connect when applying for the CSCS card.

Get your Blue CSCS Card - Skilled Worker by filling the Blue CSCS Card - Skilled Worker Application above.

You can apply for this card if you have either:

Achieved a construction related NVQ or SVQ level 2, or
Completed an apprenticeship, such as an Employer sponsored apprenticeship, a City and Guilds of London Institute Craft Certificate or a CSCS Approved Trailblazer.

If you do not have these qualifications, but you are experienced in your job, you can register for a qualification applicable to your occupation. You can then apply for an (Red)Experienced Worker Card.
