Book a CSCS Card by filling up the CSCS Card Application. You must have completed the CITB Test to apply for a CSCS Card. You can apply for a new CSCS Card, renew a CSCS or request a replacement for lost cscs card.

The fee for the CSCS card is £36, and there is an additional non-refundable administrative fee of £39, making the total non-refundable fees £75.

The correct details of the applicant's account, including the accurate qualification/course information and the appropriate CITB Health and Safety Environment Test (CITB testing ID), must be provided to Learning Connect when applying for the CSCS card.

Get your CSCS Gold Card - Supervisor by filling the CSCS Gold Card - Supervisor Application above.

This card is available for supervisor and technical occupations subject to the achievement of:

  • Construction Related Supervisory/Technical NVQ or SVQ Level 3 or 4
  • Occupational Work Supervision NVQ or SVQ Level 3 (including proof of endorsed occupation).

This card is valid for five years.

Applicants must also have passed the appropriate level CITB health, safety and environment test within the last 2 years. This must be taken at the relevant level for the occupation being applied for. To find out which level of test is required please use our Test Finder
